Panasonic introduced mirrorless camera Lumix GH4 – sequel to the successful camera GH3, released in 2012. The manufacturer positions the device as the world’s first DSLM-camera capable of shooting video in 4K. Price and date of the sale will be announced later, however, according to unofficial data, the price will not exceed $ 1500 and will be in stores next month.
Lumix GH4 received a 16-megapixel sensor format Digital Live MOS Micro Four Thirds. The device has ISO sensitivity from 200 to 25,600 units, but also allows you to manually display the various settings. There are 49-point AF, 3-inch OLED-display with twist mechanism and a connector for attachment of accessories.
Pride of the Panasonic is a quad graphics processor Venus Engine IX, which provides a speed burst shooting up to 12 frames per second, as well as provides your photo, ridding it of unnecessary noise. Thus, even when shooting at the limit of sensitivity images will transmit natural colors and objects get sharp edges and high definition.
Video recording can be done in the format Full HD (1080p @ 24/25/30/50/60 fps) and, as noted above, 4K. For the latter two modes: Cinema 4K (4096×2160 @ 24 fps) and QFHD 4K (3840×2160 @ 24/25/30 fps).
The camera is able to work with memory cards SD / SDHC / SDXC, and as communication interfaces are microHDMI and USB 2.0. Installed inside the module Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g / n for wireless data transfer finished pictures to other devices.
GH4 has dimensions of 133 x 93 x 84 mm and weighs 560 grams.
